Jessica Sierra, former American Idol contestant who finished as tenth-place finalist on the show's fourth season, is back to rehab for fees of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest early this January. She is also facing the consequences of her violation of the conditions of a parole on earlier felony expenses.

She claimed that the man spat on her but later admitted that it may be the wrong person. She was held in custody for 39 days mainly because of parole violation charge.

According to Dr. Pinsky, Sierra was multi-diagnosed and had mental health difficulties in addition to her addiction problems.
